In the long run , i think ether's value will definitely surpass bitcoin . But to be sure , i guess we will need to just wait. 21july will determine the faith of bitcoin. To remain as the leader or plunge .  Great knowledge as always craig, glad i followed you .

Bitcoin is great but the transfer fees are really annoying. I hope bitcoin falls down to 1k soon so i can buy in again. Then I will wait this time for the 10k :p

SteemIt will grow and got lots of potential in my eyes. I see projects like marketplaces and crowdfunding upcoming. Steem will be worth maybe 20x it's worth now in 1 or 2 years.

crypt0 always makes some pretty good videos - nice to see that you follow him too. 

The problem that many people don't realize is that ETH is not a currency, it's more like an asset. You use Ether in order to work with decentralized applications on the ETH platform. Thus, people are always comparing it to BTC and citing it as an alternative cryptocurrency or as its main competitor.  If anything, LTC is more of a competitor to BTC, since it is actually a cryptocurrency.

So ETH is overpriced right now and might continue falling until it reaches 200. Unless some more changes are made to its technology. Otherwise, we've probably reached the limit when it comes to ETH's price. It will be interested to see what happens to BTC with the BIP 148 UASF coming in August.

I must confess that I believe in other altcoins. No, I want say that they are better than these two, but from the investment point of the view I think that other altcoins have a great potential. 
When you look at market capitalization, BTC and ETH dominance is huge. More than 60 to 70 percent.  Other competitors will try to disrupt their position (by innovating and immitating) and probably one or couple of those will get closer to BTC and ETH.

I believe that because ETH is not in essence a currency is what makes it valuable. The value is in the contracts it will hold. It will work, the price will go down at the moment. If you want to make some gains, buy the ETH right now and give it a few days at a 5-10% margin and you will grow your BTC.

Ico And ether, everybody has a different view.. hard to get a real good feeling what is going on there. Anything view on Monero or litecoin?

LOL! "Ethereum is like kids playing in the playground, pushing shit to the limits to see how it goes" yeah that's classic, but accurate. Since Ethereum has some developmental challenges, I would have to agree with you. And as far as Bitcoin goes, it's got its groundwork laid out and it's way ahead. It's so ready or further adoption. 

Like you said, Steem is also complete/ready and even though a lot more can be done, that'll just add onto the value of the currency.

While BTC is still leading the race, ETH gets closer and closer to ZEC. Stellar is flying steady above, while DOGE is steadily running with the human cryptos below. Litecoin is now getting closer Monero, while DASH is still maintaining its pace. XRP and IOTA are still behind, but their endurance can't be ignored. They are all running towards the moon, slowly but surely. The race gets more exciting each and everyday!
