Hey, I lost over 140lbs without "dieting". Dieting can be very hard for the mind and body, often leading to failure. Usually on a diet we restrict the foods we love, but we can only do this for so long before bouncing right back and ending up where you started! I learnt to make healthy foods taste unhealthy! For example I would make a "cheesy" pasta sauce without cheese by just using nutritional yeast and saving all of those SUPER unhealthy fatty dairy calories. A Whole foods plant based LIFESTYLE would be your best bet. You can eat big portions, turn your favourite foods healthy. Never restrict again! I recommend these books:

I completely agree with you about dieting- I don't know if it was unclear from the video, but I'm not trying to lose weight by dieting or restricting myself. I'm trying to change my food habits and eat healthy most of the time. With some cheats once in a while obviously :)
