##### I want to share with you my thoughts on ***curation reward***. If my memory doesn't change me, the 20th Hard Fork brought us change in the distribution of rewards with 25%/75% to 50%/50%. Over time, I realized that it was one of the best decisions that came to life. Distribution of remuneration between curator and author 50%/50% gives motivation investors' to accumulate more HIVE Power on their account. Many users who were mostly content creators were initially very dissatisfied with these changes in the distribution of rewards.

Багато користувачів, які переважно тільки створювали контент, спочатку були дуже невдоволені такими змінами в розподілі винагород.

I am very grateful for the change in the distribution of rewards 50%/50%, in its time it has deprived the current HIVE of a lot of idlers. Some, from my words may seem offensive, but it's true. At the time, I was half a idler.
Невдоволення таких користувачів предком HIVE дуже легко зрозуміти. Як кажуть, **«жадності немає меж»** та і є категорія людей, яким ніколи неможна вгодити. Багато користувачів, що тільки використовували і майже нічого не віддавали у відповідь саме після 20-го хард форку попрощалась із предком HIVE. Я дуже вдячний зміні розподілу винагород на 50%/50%, в свій час вона позбавила нинішній HIVE великої кількості трутнів. Можливо, комусь мої слова здаються образливими, але це правда. В той час я сам був на половину трутнем.

- the best minimum voting power is upvotes, which can bring at least 0.001 rewards to the author. If you are just starting out and your upvotes cost less than 0.001, use only 100% upvotes. - if you do not have enough time for curation, you can connect to the curation chains of experienced curators here at this resource - https://hive.vote/dash.php. Personally, I am in charge of manual curation, but there are times when there is not enough time. Only in emergencies where my downtime is likely, at mana 98%, my auto-curation is enabled via the Ukrainian user support chain called @teamukraine.

Правильно було б взяти паузу і почекати поки вона відновиться до 90%-98%. Але я так не можу, я хочу читати своїх улюблених авторів HIVE і писати їм коментарі, а писати коментарі не голосуючи за їх статі мені не дозволяє совість. Так, що пробачайте мої низько відсоткові upvotes. Як сказав один із моїх друзів на HIVE, перефразувавши відомий вислів – **«Нічого особистого, це блокчейн».**
