Myth of Unhappiness I Learnt

Unhappy People tend to shorten their Life

Happiness is key to longevity. This is because your tumours and cancers have been linked to unresolved worry which leads to unhappiness. 

Unhappiness is linked to always waiting on the future and not enjoying the now. 

When you have a habit on tying happiness to things like cars, houses and possessions, then when these are not available you get depressed and sorrowful. 

Staying at home and Self pity won't help anyone. You lose your good vibe being self pitiful. Just see a new location, visit people and make new friends to unburden.

Self comparison is crazy and it's one way you don't embrace your difference and can make you unhappy for a long time as you get sad and envious of everyone and continually stay broken. Know your unique and there will never be another you. 

An Unknown source said a problem shared is a problem half solved. When you tend to sweep everything under the carpet and bottle up, keep things to yourself, you tend to make things worse. Share your needs to a listen ear, cos you never know if he or she could be a door way to your new found peace.
