Facepainting retrospective

Facepainting has been more of a hobby for me since I discovered this new passion 3 years ago. I used it as a method to relax and to ease my discomfort in emotional turmoils. It has helped me regain focus and rebalance myself.

Experimenting with different styles and trying to go with the flow  of my mind, I have found out that I can use my artistic talent to bring forth my colorful ideas, bringing life to them.

I enjoy doing colorful artwork and the human skin is the perfect canvas for my imagination. I like the most that I can be myself in the process and that it makes me feel calm.

This is probably more my style Mary...A little less colourful, more in keeping with the surroundings that I may be in. Lol.

I like yours though also...I like all of them but those ones with the blue eyes...Looks awesome! Question, if you have your eyes close to expose your eye lid how the hell do you paint them?

Hahaha G. You're always so funny😂 I might consider doing an army camouflage kind of makeup, thanks for the inspiration
I keep one eye open while I paint the other one. Sneaky haha. Only that it takes time because I have to wait for the paint to also dry before proceeding to the other one

These are all amazing. I have a good friend in Ireland who face paints as well. Every year in Cork they would do a naked bike ride with everyone painted. Sadly this all begun after I moved away xxx
