HOMEMADE CHURROS : Try this recipe out and you'll love it then repeat it again and again...And again!
I just love preparing new dishes from sweet to savory everyday...

But there are some dishes that I love so much that I cook again and again and never get tired of them!

Among my favorites are **Tajines / Couscous / Baklavas / Pizzas / Pastas / Biryani / Sfenj / Gazelle Horns etc...and CHURROS!!!**

Today I want to share my recipe of Churros to you, I hope you'll give it a try!

### Let's go for my churros recipe I've been doing for years...

INGREDIENTS :
 - 220 Gms of Flour / 250 Ml Water / 1tbsp Sugar
- 1tbsp Salt / 20 Gms of Butter / 1 Egg

### Steps Of Preparation...

First thing we need to do is to bring the water to boil and add the butter, sugar and salt!

Then add in the flour and mix gently with a wooden spatula until all the liquid has been absorbed, then you can switch off the fire!

### Out of fire...add the whole egg!!!

Knead everything well together until a dough is formed!

Please note that the dough will be quite hot at this stage, so better use the wooden spatula to mix it well!

Put the dough in a piping bag and make the form you want to. I usually make long and round ones as you can see below...

### Deep fry till golden brown...

Make sure to turn the churros all around while frying to have a uniform coloration!

You can put the fried churros in cinnamon sugar just after taken out from the hot oil and serve with Nutella...or any other chocolate sauces you like! 

I like both...so this is how we eat churros at my place : ***With Cinnamon Sugar and Nutella!***
