Cuando ví el nuevo reto, decidí aceptar el compromiso de terminar el escrito que hispaliterario inicio, invito a @numa26 y a @alicia2022 a completar esta historia para demostrar esos dotes de escritor que están en ti.

LO INESPERADO

>El río soñaba con el cielo, pero no con tenerlo dentro como un reflejo, no, soñaba con fluir hacia él como una especie de lluvia inversa, atravesar las nubes y llegar lo más alto posible. Pero se sentía atrapado en su cauce y en sus corrientes, que lo llevaban una y otra vez por regiones montañosas y parecía que así sería por el resto de la eternidad.

>Una tarde, un bongo que atravesaba el río fue sorprendida por un tronco, quien la golpeó e hizo que se hundiera; los pasajeros nadaron hasta la orilla, y sólo una mujer que no sabía nadar y que, además, había perdido todo sentido de maravilla en su vida, se resignó a ahogarse. Lo extraño, para los compañeros de viaje, fue que el río devolvió a la mujer hasta la orilla.


>La mujer no sabía a qué se debía el milagro de seguir viva, pero algo había cambiado para ella; estaba convencida de que aún no le había llegado su hora de partir de este mundo; y cómo necesitaba respuestas empezó a visitar al río todas las tardes. Al principio no tenía claro qué hacer allí, qué decirle, cómo agradecerle; después sólo se sentaba a admíralo, eran el río y ella; ella y el río; el río en sus ojos y ella en el reflejo del río, y así estuvieron por semanas hasta que un día ocurrió lo inesperado...

Sentí como se formó con la brisa, una voz que parecía venir del interior del arroyo, el cual me decía: En ti hay un propósito, es por ello que te ayude.

La joven sorprendida se esa noche a casa, pero no dejaba de pensar en esa voz que parecía haberle susurrado al oído, a eso además se sentía inmensamente privilegiada, no dejaba de repetir lo importante que era ella, al punto de tener una nueva oportunidad en la vida, solo que ahora debía descubrir cuál era su misión en el mundo, fue así como no dejo de ir al río, esperaba otra manifestación celestial porque pensaba que faltaba algo más, además ella manifestó que sentía una paz cuando reposaba junto a las calmadas aguas.

Un día se dispuso a nadar nuevamente, quería explorar como los pensamientos se iban quedando atrás en cada brazada que daba, llegó a sentir que esas aguas la limpiaban, era una renovación espiritual, ya cuando el frío la abrazo salió para regresar a casa, así lo hizo por varios días, de manera persistente hasta que por fin sintió que dominaba si nado haciéndose cada vez más ágil.


Cuando llegó a la orilla pudo divisar que en otro extremo una madre paseaban con dos niños, de los cuales uno cayó al agua, fue solo un instante cuando la madre se vio lejos del niños, mientras abrazaba al otro, su desespero se podía oír en la distancia con tan desgarradores gritos, que parecían inútiles, pero fue cuando ella entendió su propósito, la razón por la cual había tenido una oportunidad en la vida, así que se lanzó a sacar ese pequeño cuerpo que parecía no tendría oportunidad ante esta difícil prueba.

La madre pudo notar que está mujer estaba dispuesta a nadar con sus fuerzas para llegar a dónde se encontraba su hijo, así que se arrodilló a clamar a Dios para que ayudará en el rescate de aquel inocente, fue cuando el río movió sus aguas en favor permitiendo que el rescate pudiera terminar de manera exitosa, fue como si entre ambos hubieras trabajado en conjunto para poder darle una oportunidad a este pequeño.

Pudo logra tomar al niño, sus manos rodeaban el cuello, al llegar a la orilla su madre le tendió la mano a su hijo y lo saco de estás tranquilas pero peligrosas aguas, fue allí cuando se volteo para ayudar a esta mujer a salir, pero la sorpresa mas grande fue que la vio convertirse en agua para luego fundirse en el rio, hasta disiparse en el horizonte.


Al caer la noche pude ver cómo se formaba la imagen de una mujer que iba danzando hasta los cielos, agradeciéndole a Dios la oportunidad de salvar la vida a ese pequeño niño, mientras le abría la oportunidad de que la puertas del cielo se abrieran para que ella entrara, era una última oportunidad para hacer bien en la vida, pero entendió que no debemos esperar hasta el último momento de aliento para que tú entiendas que viniste a dar amor, a perdonar, aprovechar oportunidades, ser fiel y sincero, nunca rendirnos hasta llegar el momento de demostrar que podemos dar nuestra vida por el bienestar de otro.

The surprised young woman went home that night, but she did not stop thinking about that voice that seemed to have whispered in her ear, she also felt immensely privileged, she kept repeating how important she was, to the point of having a new opportunity in life, only now she had to discover what her mission in the world was, that was how she did not stop going to the river, she waited for another celestial manifestation because she thought something else was missing, she also said she felt a peace when she rested by the calm waters.

One day she decided to swim again, she wanted to explore how the thoughts were left behind in each stroke she took, she felt that these waters cleaned her, it was a spiritual renewal, and when the cold embraced her she left to return home, she did so for several days, persistently until she finally felt that she mastered her swimming becoming more and more agile.


When she reached the shore she could see that at the other end a mother was walking with two children, one of whom fell into the water, it was only for an instant when the mother saw herself far from the children, while hugging the other, her despair could be heard in the distance with such heartbreaking cries, which seemed useless, but that was when she understood her purpose, the reason why she had had a chance in life, so she threw herself to pull out that little body that seemed to have no chance in this difficult test.

The mother could see that this woman was willing to swim with her strength to get to where her son was, so she knelt down to cry out to God to help in the rescue of that innocent, it was when the river moved its waters in favor allowing the rescue could end successfully, it was as if both had worked together to give a chance to this little boy.

He was able to take the child, his hands surrounded his neck, when he reached the shore his mother held out her hand to her son and took him out of these calm but dangerous waters, it was there when he turned to help this woman to get out, but the biggest surprise was that he saw her turn into water and then melt into the river, until she dissipated in the horizon.


As night fell I could see the image of a woman dancing up to the heavens, thanking God for the opportunity to save the life of that little boy, while he opened the opportunity for the gates of heaven to open for her to enter, it was a last chance to do good in life, but she understood that we must not wait until the last moment of encouragement for you to understand that you came to give love, to forgive, to take advantage of opportunities, to be faithful and sincere, to never give up until the time comes to demonstrate that we can give our life for the welfare of another.
