Buenas noches amigos de Hive Blog, saludos para todos los lectores, el día de hoy les quiero compartir un poco sobre mi siembra de parchitas una fruta tropical que se puede apreciar en varios lugares de nuestro planeta tierra.

Para poder cultivar esta maravillosa fruta en nuestro hogar, lo primero que debemos realizar es buscar las semillas pueden encontrarse en la misma fruta ya antes mencionada o también la podemos encontrar en viveros, lo segundo es que debemos adecuar un lugar en donde la vallamos a trasplantar y donde ella se pueda enredar para poder obtener los frutos.

Ahora bien si conseguimos las semillas lo primero que debemos hacer es colocarlas a cercar con los rayos del sol durante unos 2 o 3 días, Después nos buscamos algunas bolsas pequeñas y le colocamos abono y sembramos nuestras semillas dentro de la bolsas con el abono, y las ubicamos en un lugar fresco, luego les vamos agregando agua todos los días es recomendable agregársela a temprana horas de la mañana o en la tarde para que se mantengan húmedas y así el sol no las marchite.

Luego que nuestras plantas ya estén germinadas las trasplantamos en un lugar en donde se pueda enredar, y pueda continuar su crecimiento hasta que nos de los frutos que queremos, este proceso puede durar unos 6 meses se puede notar que es mucho tiempo pero en realidad pasa muy rápido.

De tal manera podemos decir que la maracuyá o la parchita como se le llama en Venezuela es de origen centroamericano, es decir que la podemos encontrar en Brasil, Colombia y países  tropicales, es un fruto con un sabor agridulce que contiene muchos beneficios entre ellos podemos encontrar que contiene vitaminas A y C aparte tiene una gran cantidad de fibra que te ayudaría al buen funcionamiento del sistema digestivo.

Aparte de todo lo ya mencionado ayuda a combatir el insomnio y también la depresión, es una fruta muy fácil de cultivar en nuestros jardines, aparte que también contiene un alto contenido de agua que como ya sabes el agua es como nuestro combustible para poder mantener nuestro cuerpo hidratado.
