Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una mascarilla hidratante para la piel, que puede ser utilizadas por chicos y chicas, después de exponernos a mucho sol, o también a temperaturas Fuertes a la que nuestra piel no estamos acostumbrados. Esta mascarilla está hecha de pepino, un alimento natural, con propiedades infinitas, contiene vitamina E y aceites naturales, vitamina A y C, nutrientes que ayudan a reparar, hidratar y aportar vitalidad a la piel. A su vez, estimula la producción de colágeno y elastina, proteínas importantes para mantener un rostro saludable. Generalmente yo no suelo maquillarme mucho, pero suelo estar expuesta al sol todos los días, por eso me documente en el tema, y quise poner en práctica está fresca mascarilla que pensé que seguramente les iba a gustar, a mí me funciono bastante bien, mi rostro se refresco bastante con la aplicación, además su preparación es sencilla y muy fácil, aquí les compartiré como hacerla para que se la apliquen por lo menos una vez por semana, espero les funcione tanto como a mí.

<div class = "text-justify">Hacer esta mascarilla es súper fácil, lo que haremos en cortar el pepino, según lo que vayamos a utilizar, en mi caso utilice solo un trozo pequeño que rinde para varias aplicaciones, lo introducimos a nuestra licuadora, y agregamos poca agua, porque el pepino básicamente está constituido en mayor porcentaje por agua entonces si agregamos mucha agua, quedara como un jugo, y la idea es que quede en una textura más o menos compacta o manejable.
