<div class = "text-justify">Hola querida comunidad y amigos de #Hive, espero estén bien, sean bienvenidos una vez más a mi blog, Hoy les traigo una receta bastante versátil a la hora de combinarla y degustarla.  Se trata de unas deliciosas berenjenas a la vinagreta ideal para compartir en familia en cualquier lugar y hora. Honestamente todos quedamos muy complacidos en esta receta que además pudimos disfrutar al compás de las olas del mar rodeados de sol y una vista maravillosa durante nuestra estadía vacacional en la playa de Cachamaure, ubicada en el estado Sucre, Venezuela. Una receta que pueden preparar en casa y les aseguro quedaran tan encantados como nosotros. Espero les guste mucho este  tutorial, así que sin más preámbulos, comencemos la preparación de nuestra receta de berenjenas a la vinagreta, un plato muy especial, hechop con amor para compartir con ustedes. .  .

# INGREDIENTES / INGREDIENTS
### ESPAÑOL
Para la elaboración de esta receta, necesitaremos:
•	1  Berenjena grande
•	1 cebolla
•	5 pimientos pequeños  
•	2 cabezas de ajo
•	1 Cda de sal
•	1 Cda de mostaza en pasta
•	1 Cda de azúcar
•	100 Ml de vinagre 
•	100 Ml de aceite Vegetal
•	100 Ml  de agua 
•	Casabe o galleta para acompañar 
Preparación para 6 Personas 

## ENGLISH
For the preparation of this recipe, we will need:
• 1 large Eggplant
• 1 onion
• 5 small peppers
• 2 heads of garlic
• 1 Tbsp of salt
• 1 Tbsp mustard paste
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 100 Ml of vinegar
• 100 Ml of Vegetable oil
• 100 ml of water
• Casabe or cookie to accompany

#### Paso 1:
<div class = "text-justify">Para dar inicio a  nuestra receta, lo que haremos será tomar nuestra berenjena y le quitaremos la concha con la ayuda de un cuchillo. Posteriormente la trozaremos en capas y aremos cortes tipo tiras, pero esta vez muy finas para lograr un mejor resultado. Una vez que las tenemos todas en tiras de berenjena, procederemos a colocarlas en un recipiente con abundante agua, para que bote toda la salmuera o acido que hace que nuestra berenjena se oxide y sepa amargo. Allí la dejaremos hasta que tengamos nuestros ingredientes listos para la cocción . Luego procedemos a machacar nuestros ajos en una bolsa plástica con sal, seguidamente cortamos nuestras cebollas en tiras y  los  pimientos  en trozos muy pequeños. Una vez tengamos todo para llevarlo al fuego, lo que haremos será escurrir las tiras de berenjena que previamente habíamos colocado en agua.

#### Paso 2:

<div class = "text-justify">Una vez tengamos nuestros ingredientes listos para la cocción, lo que haremos será colocar en la cocina a fuego medio una sartén antiadherente. Una vez que esté bien caliente procederemos a incorporar nuestros ingredientes de manera continua para que todos se integren en olor y sabor al mismo ritmo, mientras eso sucede, estaremos pendiente de revolver con la ayuda de una cuchara para evitar que se nos pegue o en dado caso se nos queme  una vez que nuestros ingredientes estén blandos, colocamos nuestro punto de sal y retiramos del fuego.

> #### Step 2:

> Once we have our ingredients ready for cooking, what we will do is place a non-stick pan in the kitchen over medium heat. Once it is very hot we will proceed to incorporate our ingredients continuously so that they all integrate in smell and flavor at the same rate, while that happens, we will be aware of stirring with the help of a spoon to avoid it sticking or in dice If it burns us once our ingredients are soft, add our salt and remove from the heat.</div>

 ####  Paso 3:
<div class = "text-justify">Por ultimo lo que haremos será elaborar la vinagreta, para eso agregaremos en un recipiente los 100 ml  de agua, la mostaza, el aceite y mezclaremos, una vez incorporados, añadiremos el vinagre las cucharadas de azúcar y sal y mezclamos. Una vez lista lo que haremos será incorporar nuestros vegetales  y mezclamos dejándolos reposar. Esta receta la podemos disfrutar bien sea fría o caliente.
