In a highly modernized and increasingly competitive society, faking has probably become a daily practice in search of acceptance that forces people to disguise certain situations in order to fit in certain jobs or even in their relationship with family members.
<p></p>
There are people whose lives are so overwhelming and exhausting that they have learned to hide the pain that traps them, personally I think this is counterproductive to our health, as we fill ourselves with negative emotions that attract bad energies.
<p></p>
The right and positive thing for our emotional health is not to pretend anything that we are not or are not feeling at a given time, and although that involves being direct in some things that is much better than pretending that we are or we are feeling something other than what really happens to us.
