The title of this entry "No more training" is somewhat controversial, I express it because to say that training is over is like giving up the fact of exercising to keep certain routines that women and men of society perform in their daily lives.

Saying that training is over can be interpreted as a point of fatigue or chronic reality that could have been entered as a result of exhaustion.
<p></p>
To say that training is over can also be part of a change of life patterns, it is to transcend to other activities that generate tranquility and peace that go in favor of our health.
