Thankfully we have been using this and as you can see the pile has been reduced by more than half already. Now I am thinking we may a well just use when the pressure is off and get ahead instead of waiting for the right waste material to arrive. I spoke with the factory this afternoon and they are roughly half way processing my order which has an ETA of around 5 more days. I should have checked if that includes weekends or just working days. Right now that makes very little difference as I expect to knockoff those new orders very quickly. The sooner those orders are delivered next month the sooner they are in the stores and sold so there is some urgency even if no one is pushing. I think this is common sense so instead of thinking I need this large order to be delivered before the 27th October my head is saying the 10th would be more ideal. In the future there will be sufficient in stock ready made punch bags resulting in no waiting time which should be available by the next orders in November. This chasing the numbers each month is not how I like to work and this has only been live for 6 weeks so you have to start somewhere. Amazing and mad to even think that within a 12 week period one can have a viable business operating like clock work.

s you can see from the latest photographs the flooring is now going down and where the new punch bag assembly are will be from next week onwards. Up till now we have been using a make shift area and it just came across as untidy and unprofessional. We were not 100% ready to start and had no other choice really, but to just run with it the best we could.

What we had as a make shift assembly are would not entice new clients to join and this will be far better as a selling point next week onwards. We are already registered with Walmart as official suppliers and now they are going to be auditing us next month. I see no problems in gaining their business and look forward to their visit. I know how they work having sub contracted their bicycle assembly plant in the past. Their numbers are not huge, but saying that those numbers would keep me on target for 5 days of the month. The hope is those numbers will continue to grow due to the quality of the product. The overall aim has always been to produce the highest quality product available with no corner cutting involved due having correctly sourced the best materials at the best prices. This has been done and knowing there are only two other competitors around who are using sub quality materials we can take the entire market very quickly. This is not an "if" scenario, but a "when" with the hope to achieve this before the year end. Having the only plant in the country producing this specialised textile waste is what makes what we have stand out over any competitor. Their slackness and attention to detail has allowed me through the front door and what will result in them closing down. Funny and sad really that they have been doing this for years and after 1 month they are already on the back foot.
