I am mentally and physically tired from the last few weeks and can imagine how exhausted the witnesses are. I have been in negotiations before where you tend to go nowhere and reach a stalemate. This is a tough nut to crack as Tron have bitten into something they were not expecting, a community that actually cares.

The town hall has been great, but to be honest after a while some idiots just want to hear their own voice and feel important adding nothing new and no value. That is always the risk when the audience can come on live and give their 5 cents and wasting everyone's time. 

I listened to @themarkymark's post with Justin and the Koreans on discord and that was no better and a total farce. To say there was nothing subtle about this would be an understatement. I think it looks like they can try and take advantage of the situation for personal gains and not for the benefit of Steem in general. Steem is bigger than the individual and is for everyone on here now and who have yet to still arrive.

The thing is when you have some key points that you cannot negotiate on as they just cannot be given. The downvote is what protects all of us from bad actors and abuse. I find it worrying that the Korean community is pushing for this and it can only be for self gain and that cannot happen.

This whole discussion if you can call it that is all about self gain from the Tron side and they have no idea how big the calls they are asking everyone to do. The hardfork is not one hardfork, but 2 within a very short window. The last two hardforks we had I know didn't go very smoothly and those took days to get right. Who says that this will end up fine afterwards and we could be down for weeks trying to fix this with Tron developers who know nothing about the Steem code. These coders don't give a toss about Steem and shouldn't be allowed anywhere near the block chain.

Personally I am happy that the witnesses are not lying down and accepting the demands as to be fair they are unrealistic and unnecessary. After two weeks of going nowhere I think I would have lost my patience already as that is what I am thinking they are hoping to happen. People lose interest, but this is personal for all of us so that can't happen.

I have met and heard many arrogant people in my life and Justin is right up there with them. This fight has only just begun and will continue with everyone right up until the end whichever way it goes. There is always going to be something positive that will come out of this so we have to keep fighting.
