The new wealth that is going to flow out of crypto has the old money nervous and why so many are against crypto.** Staking is where the new wealth is being generated and the growth cannot be underestimated. The longer this continues the more investors are making as this is compounding over time out earning anything in comparison as nothing can be compared to this. The best investments were once considered the ones you just leave alone and forget about them, but that has changed. Staking requires some work or admin duty by re staking the rewards on a regular basis to take advantage of the compounding interest effect. I was thinking about this today if I would prefer 1 Bitcoin or 6 x $5K investments in various projects and the staking projects would always come out on top in my way of thinking. A prime example to explain why is looking at my Hive wallet now which is valued at around 1.2 Bitcoin or $34K. When we had the all time high many months ago with Bitcoin at $69K my Hive wallet was the equivalent in value to 3 Bitcoin. The next time we see the all time highs it will be interesting to see the values then and I don't see why it will be any different except this time the Hive value will hopefully have risen even more. Using a 4 year cycle to grow your stake maximizing the earnings the best you can any project offers so much when it comes to dollar values. Selling at the peak or close to the peaks and reinvesting once the prices subside is where the real values are being generated due to the values slowly rising depending on the use cases of each project. The ability of being able to work your stake in order to achieve a monthly income is not that far fetched after a couple of cycles. I have been in crypto for 6 years next March and have only been staking outside of Hive for less than 2 years now and still believe it is possible to achieve an income within the next 4-5 years. Bitcoin won't offer you this due to it's limitations and getting ahead of Bitcoin is what many of us investing in the alts are trying to achieve. We are all speculating in various crypto projects with the hope one day that they will hit the main stream by being adopted due to the real life use cases. Fortunately we are still early which is actually good news as the value has not been reflected in the prices yet. When this happens and I am certain it will happen if you have selected wisely then the values will far outstrip Bitcoin long term as a percentage of growth yet to be added. I have always thought Bitcoin can achieve $1 million and that thought has never changed over the years. The idea of Bitcoin at $1 million is mind boggling to imagine what it will do to the rest of the crypto market as the values will be off the charts. If you think that something can transform from $30K to $1 million then normally you would be all in on that investment but the idea that the alts can do 10 x that of what Bitcoin can still do is the real drawcard.
