The Simple Strategies

Back at the beginning of April I entered the COTI Treasury and had fairly high hopes of slowly growing using the APR on offer. Then we had no clue what the APR would do as it as dropping fairly rapidly due to more being staked.

Since then we have seen volatility double the APR taking it over 30% and is now back down to the levels of normality. The first month saw returns of around 3 COTI per day and have since managed to double that to 6 COTI per day by adding extra stake. This is not huge ,but as they say this all adds up over time through compounding.

The slow grind to get to double figures is next which would get me back on track to achieving a $25 per month passive income if I wanted to cash in. As we all know too well cashing in at these prices would be insane as we are so far away from ATH's even though that was literally only 6 months ago. At those prices the earnings would be well over $100 per month and only emphasises why it is important to keep things simple and build more of what you have.

Every crypto coin is down right now and if you haven't sold the best option is to keep staking and growing your bags via DeFi or staking projects like this. The markets will turn and the position you will find yourself in is one of strength.

No one can time the top to sell or the bottom to buy so holding should come out on top the longer these prices remain. I have no regrets by not selling as being actively involved in something that is being developed and will only get bigger is more important than profits right now.

Everyone will have different ideas and strategies on how to increase their overall portfolio value. There are no right and wrongs as long as you are increasing as standing still holding the liquid USD means you are going backwards. Four years ago these staking options weren't open to us like they are today and why many projects are keeping more value with less volatility.

**Over 40% of the circulating supply staked is a decent percentage knowing the US investors are waiting on the sidelines due to regulations. I could see this hitting 60-70% when the doors open.**
 
Possibly prices could have dropped even more if everyone bailed and didn't stake which is a positive for those projects. This is also a good sign or indication to see what other projects are worth investing in as if a high percentage of their supply is staked then more often than not everyone involved cannot be wrong.

As cryptos changes fast you are right, the best is to hold (hodl). I was expecting to begin a plan for a Stable (still a risk) by last quarter of the year. But it was faster than i tough over a        Kind of winter season. At least i put out some amount paying a lot and a little investment in a restaurant and house. 
For now, time to put the most possible on my stakings.

I think that is a smart move. Besides everything on Hive and some stables, I'm also chosen to stake my assets. I bought some Boo on Fantom, staking on Reaper with 0.26% daily and with Goblins.cash on SmartBCH with APY of 10,620% that's 6.65% 5-day ROI. 

Good times to accumulate!

The Viper wallet. Just go to Coti.io and set up your wallet. If you are in the US you have to wait for staking to become available. The Coti that is staked is not the ERC20 token so the native is on Kucoin or Huobi. Huobi is the cheapest for transferring to the treasury where you stake.
