The BitGrail saga is a sad moment for crypto, we need to retain money in the hands of investors and not scammers/hackers. It is yet another reminder to always keep your coins off exchanges as much as possible. I know some people were very unlucky with Bitgrail as withdrawal limits were put in place shortly after they purchased. Always do your due diligence before investing in an exchange.
