A Suggestion for Loading Limited/Top Comments Only

Hey guys! Today I was just scrolling through Steem when I came across [this post](https://steemit.com/spaminator/@mack-bot/flagreport-august04-2018), it had a couple thousand comments (I assume spam bots) but I was curious to see what they were commenting! I clicked on it, loaded the comments and my laptop just froze!

This was because there were thousands of comments, which were all being loaded. This can easily be abused in many cases, for example when someone doesn't want the top comments to be shown, the user may just spam the comments so it won't load on low-end PCs or laptops. 

# Fix
I suggest that users have the option to load how many comments, setting default be set to top 50 trending, or top 50 newest or whatever option the user has. This would increase QoL and reduce lag associated with loading up Steemit articles, especially the more popular ones.

in fact it is a good suggestion, for example to only show comments that have a certain level of reputation, or to place a filter that allows the user to decide what to see.
