OPEN DISCUSSION about PROBLEMS and SOLUTIONS on Steemit
Even though I am a newbie on Steemit (member since the end of the June 2017) I am aware of some **problems**. I am not a developer nor I am connected to founders or those who decide on Steemit future **BUT I can help. And you (member) can help, too**. We have to express our opinions, to discuss problems and future trends. In other words, we have to OPEN DEBATE.

That helped me not only to discuss problems, but also to better understand this community. 

I have learned many things from comments and I want to share them with you. 

## Results

*Firstly*, **there are many members that (also) think about Steemit future** and are aware of some problems.  What an encouragement!

*Secondly*, **most of commentators agree about my points.** (And YES, I am happy to see that.) 

*Thirdly*, **some of them do not agree and have different views**. I am even more happier to read these comments. As a classical liberal and scientist I believe that uniform thinking is the worst thing for any community (yes, it also reminds me on socialism). 

*Last, but not the least*, after discussing these topics **I am more confident in Steemit future**. I wrote that we are all biased, but after a while have realized that I wasn't right. Contrary, we are more aware of the problems than all skeptics that are out of community.

How do you feel about the current resteem situation? I personally feel that, Although the intentions behind the system are good, it has been applied poorly. The rewards are simply not great enough to encourage sharing as it is often overshadowed in people's feeds.

I agree with you @frogtron. I do not see the reason to resteem any article. In 30 days I have resteemed only once. 
One of the problem is that even authors of blog posts you have resteemed do not know you've done that.
