**When you have a competitive advantage that is a game changer, should you fully leverage it? The answer seems so obvious that one wonders why the question in the first place!**

I am not exactly a business neophyte. In fact, I consider myself to be quite knowledgeable when it comes to business matters, and that includes marketing, even though I have steered very clear of the button pushing line of thinking ever since my college days when the idea of “creating new needs” really started gaining traction. The world of marketing's fixation on creating new needs clouds its thinking to the point where the forest is often missed for the trees, something that can often lead to very costly, often fatal, missed opportunities if not identified and appropriately handicapped. While in certain areas - like that of  dishwashing soap, for example - marketers do not have much other alternative than the “newer”, “bigger”, and “better” approach since that is all they have got, for entities like BitShares with a unique product and an extremely elevated competitive edge, it is a very different matter. 

**Instead of looking for new gimmicks, why not focus on informing a still largely unaware global audience on how your product already satisfies extremely important and very real _existing_ customer needs in a way that leaves them with their mouths open, utterly astonished?**
