Human thoughts, beliefs, perceptions of reality, and turbulent emotions towards people and different issues are stored among millions of complex neural connections. Breaking these neural connections is extremely difficult, and the anatomical and physiological structure of the brain is not well adapted to it. On the contrary, it tends to reinforce every neural pattern and connection that exists because it consumes less energy, and nerve cells are exposed to less activity.

Changing your beliefs is a very difficult task, and humans may spend their lives as prisoners of the same ideas and beliefs. The energy the body needs to rethink its thoughts and impressions about the world is greater than we imagine. Because we do not summon energy just to move a muscle or to stimulate a gland to secrete a hormone. Untangling neural connections is a costly physiological and psychological process.

Therefore, I always remind myself and you to be calm, simple, not to be emotional, and not to engage with anyone who disagrees or does not believe in what we think and believe.

Sometimes, provoking people's emotions is necessary when we live in culturally and scientifically dead societies because this type of provocation may put a reflective mirror in front of them for their defenses of their ideas and beliefs, and every time they try to defend and shout for what they believe, their weaknesses become more apparent, and that may push them to question and think.

However, I do not adopt this school of thought in dealing with those who are different. On the contrary, I believe that it contributes to turning the hatred of science, which we unfortunately suffer from, into a verbal war, and the knowledge is lost between the two sides.

As for what I personally adopt and believe is most appropriate for our society, it is to present the accessible knowledge along with everything that promotes the culture of scientific thinking. My aim is not to provoke people's emotions, but rather to stimulate their thinking, which, in my opinion, is more exhausting!

Therefore, I am not against provocation because it works like an electric shock device for the heart muscle and contributes to its awakening. However, the difference is that I adopt the approach that provokes the mind and try to avoid provoking emotions as much as possible.

Provoking people's emotions leads to an emotional and defensive reaction that involves psychological defense mechanisms that the brain only uses to maintain its neural connections as they are.

Provoking people's thinking, on the other hand, addresses the frontal lobe of their brains to stimulate them to think. The goal here is not to debate or argue, as it is not suitable in these societies where emotions still dominate.

All I hope for is to spread the culture of scientific thinking, and to understand as much knowledge as I can, which is sufficient for others to build upon it even better later on.
