I tried this with the "Claymore's Dual Ethereum+Decred_Siacoin_Lbry_Pascal AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v9.8"

It says:

ETH: Authorization failed : {"id":2,"jsonrpc":"2.0", "result":nell,"error":{"code":-1,"message";"Invalidlog ....
Stratum - reading socket failed 10038, disconnect ETH: Job timeout, disconnect, retry in 20 sec...

Do you know, whats my error. Without " -allpools 1 -allcoins 1" it start and than closes again. Wrong miner version?

That would definitely be an assumption. UBIQ is based on ethereum. The OpenSource code for mining on other platforms can be utilized.
