<p>This is my first STEEM tutorial post.<br />
Every week i will post at least one such post<br />
to show you how you can get most of STEEM.<br>
So, in this first post, we will discuss how to<br />
create new STEEM account <b>with delegation.</b></p>

So, you will need to go to Steem Connect web service at:
https://v2.steemconnect.com/accounts/create
SteemConnect will help us to create new 
STEEM account with delegation.

* Now, enter unique username.
* Note showed password down, and store it in a safe place. This is your MASTER PASSWORD
and you won't be able to obtain it later.
* In STEEM, enter "0.500 STEEM". After account creation is finished, this will appear in your balance.
* Enter "29700.000000 VESTS" in VESTS filed (14.5 Steem Power delegation from YOUR account to the new account).
Important: make shure you have 0.5 STEEM and about 14.5 STEEM POWER minimum

After you fill this form, it should look similar to this:

* Click "Continue"
* Enter your existing account credentials and press "Sign in" button.

Congratulations, you are done with account creation !
Now, you can go to https://steemd.com/@youraccount 
to see your new created account.

If you need to change your password, you can login to 
Steemit.com, go to wallet / passwords and change your
password there.
