<center>__I Want To Be As Sensitive As Possible...To Caffeine__</center>

I had been battling lately, for many years that is, about my blood pressure which is crashing all the time at dialysis. It has been crashing even when I am using the small and common dialyzer (the blood filter) which now I believe was not the cause of my blood pressure crashes but fortunately I was able to use the more efficient type that cleans my blood better.

So I turned to food and I did ate a lot whenever I can because I believed that it was the solution and yet my BP crashed anyways. I also turned to drinking an energy drink but it doesn't work sometimes as I get my BP to crash as well. It turns out that the caffeine in my energy drink is not enough to make me survive the treatment.

<center>__Caffeine In Pill Form Was The Solution That I Am Looking For__</center>

So ultimately I added a caffeine pill to the mix which is now giving me about 364 mg of caffeine in one sitting. I do think that it is enough because I am not able to sleep after the treatment. I am so glad and happy that I had found a way to support my blood pressure so I am keeping that technique so that I will be able to get into my best weight hopefully if my nurses would cooperate.

Anyway caffeine really has a negative effects in the bones, it prevents it from absorbing Calcium that is why I am not taking it everyday. Unfortunately I have to take it because my dialysis session will be affected which is a very big issue for me because it translates to my well-being. A low quality dialysis session is not good for a dialysis patient.

<center>__If Only I knew About The negative Effects Of Caffeine To My Bones I Would Have Quit Taking It In My Dialysis Years Already__</center>

It seems to little too late that I have learned that caffeine is very detrimental to the bones because I was taking it even in my very young age and it has been in my system ever since especially in my dialysis days where I do not drink anything but some small amounts of it everytime I would eat so that I could be able to eat and swallow my food in the years that I had a very bad appetite because of anemia.

This is a case again of being between a rock and a hard place knowing that Caffeine in my condition is bad but I do have to take it because I want to complete my dialysis session. But anyway I will just try to quit it in-between sessions since its effects would fade away after a few hours and then abstinence from Caffeine afterwards so that I will not make my Calcium and Vitamin D3 and K2 therapy in vain because I really have to make my joint pains go away and at this moment I am just relying on that effort to make some positive changes in my body.
