<center>__My Usual Meal Before My Dialysis Treatment__</center>    I thank God for going again for my dialysis this time around and I was set to get hooked-up at around 5:30 AM. That should mean that we will have to hit the road at around an hour and a half before the appointed time which also means that my mother has to get up earlier because she has to cook some meals like rice, etc. Mother have to give me some rice to eat because there are no breads available for me to eat because the bakery here in my place closed as the owner went home to their native province to visit their family because they are not from here. Their business here also boomed because there are not much competition for them with their business. So I will be having some eggs, maybe hotdogs, and the rice for my breakfast before we head on for my dialysis. My mother always wants us to go so early in any event that we go to whether going to a doctor or someplace else she just wants it early. Anyway I have to eat because the dialysis process washes away not only the toxins and harmful substances in my blood but also the sugars and protein compounds in it that is needed by my body. I must not go for my dialysis with an empty stomach otherwise I will just feel lightheaded and crash my blood pressure earlier. After dialysis I get to be hungry again so I also have to eat for that matter. I do try not to eat at dialysis because it seems that it just affects my blood pressure. I am just taking some candy along the process and maybe some sweet drinks just to support my blood pressure near the end of the treatment so that I could be able to complete my dialysis time. I also tell my mother to buy three orders of those foods that I liked to eat from the convenience store that serves it so that I could be able to enjoy it at home. We just heat it up to the microwave and it will be my main meal at the remainder of the day.
