I've been having this food almost everyday, I bought it from the convenience store near my dialysis center via my mother when I am hooked-up.

It is just some breaded Pork pieces with gravy on top of rice. I told my mother to buy three of these with extra rice and I would eat one after my dialysis and the other two for my breakfast next morning and the next morning after that.

I may or may not eat anything more after this because I often would take my Cinacalcet after eating this plus half of a pice of Pear fruit which would serve as my fiber and of course extra nutrients.

I just needed some fiber in my diet because I am taking calcium supplementation to aid my bone recovery. And so after taking Cinacalcet  with this meal my appetite will get screwed again and my desire for eating just goes down the drain again.

I might eat for my supper with only some bread and another piece of pear, usually very light meal because I also have to take another calcium tablet.

Anyway I am afraid that I might get bored of the taste of this favorite meal of mine which is a problem. Maybe next time I will just have to wait until I can have the real desire to eat again like making myself very hungry so that I can enjoy eating this meal with enjoyment.

It quite sucks really to have no appetite at all which is why I could not really take the full does that my Endocrinologist is telling me to take which is three tablets of those 30 mg Cinacalcet, if I would od that even if I had the budget to buy those three pills every day I will never have even a thimbleful of appetite left in me, you will just have to put an NGT down to my stomach to fill it with food because I can never eat ever again if I would do what my doctor is prescribing me to take.

So what I am just doing is to control my Phosphate intake by taking phosphate binders, careful ad strict dieting, and a dose of Cinacalcet just enough maybe to make my bones to stop leaching out Calcium to my bloodstream.

At least now I can feel the subtle changes and I hope that it just continues until my body pains would get wiped away entirely in the near future.

That is the story of how I eat at these times of my life. I just wished that I have a variable or varied food items to eat everyday but this is just what I wanted to eat at the moment, tasty but not really oh so delicious, I just had built a taste for it.
