<center>__I Might Suffer A Heart Attack Soon__</center>

I had been a dialysis patient for so long now, about 18 years by December 1st and it was like last week when they wheeled me up the third floor where the dialysis room was located. The dialysis center was not from the hospital but from a private company renting out that small room they converted into a dialysis center.

After seeing the dialysis machines for the first time I do not know what to expect and what to do until years later when changes already had happened to my physical body. I thought that I would get a kidney transplant but both my parents are just poor so any government agency could not bring me to that procedure because of the big expense that would incur and we cannot make it happen.

<center>__Being The lowest Of The Low By Requesting Left And Right Made Me Feel That My Entire Life__</center>

Now that I am almost totally disabled if not from blogging then I am really useless for my family. I am just thankful that they are not ditching me out somewhere to fend for my own. But I myself can live on my own if not for the medical problems especially my disabilities and pain.

Dialysis is probably okay if not from the bone complications so that is what makes it hard especially for me. But to other patients they just are problematic about their blood levels which goes so down that they get sets of complications arising form it which makes their lives hard because of insomnia, appetiteloss, and weakness

<center>__Being A Dialysis Patient Is Okay If Not From Major Complications That Are Also Hard To Manage Financially And Physically__</center>

But one hard thing to consider about being a dialysis patient was the fluid overload. It is just a burden to the heart as it needs to pump harder which would make it bigger and lead to heart problems like the enlargement of the other side of the heart which id left unchanged will really cause for it to fail.

My heart is actually bigger now physically, maybe that is why I am feeling this tight sensation that radiates a bit on my left arm. SO if my heart would fail tomorrow or next weeks, months then the only thing I wanted to say is thanks be to God that made me experience living on earth, meeting my family, friends, school mates, strangers, or enemies even.

And of course the steem community where I was able to also meet friends that even though I do not know them even by their real faces I know that they are truly loving, caring, and selflessly supportive people that had been a part of my life now.
