It is still not yet the cold months here in my place but sometimes I am getting under the blanket now and what more if it is really cold. I am not a cold weather-kind of guy person, it is weird because I really like it sweltering hot all the time. It feels like it is a challenge for me to last the hot toasty-kind of months.

But the hot months just doesn't last long because here comes the rainy season speeding-up fast into breaking the hot months. I am just fortunate that these season is not that really hard for me because it is not raining unlike in my younger years where often there is no break for rain for weeks and yet in those past years our house remains dry inside unlike now if there is a heavy rain the floors would start to seep out flood water.

But the colder months bring me a degree of discomfort because I would often hide under the blanket all the time and my limbs would get cold in the process.

Then my skin would really get so dry that for some reason they would itch. Thankfully I do have a way to relieve them with some hot water ina plastic and sealed and I would insert it in a thin cloth and that I would dab on the itchy part of my skin. It will relieve the itch for hours and it is a great way to relive an itch rather than scratching and cause a secondary infection.

Also like what I am saying all the time, that the cold months doesn't allow me to sweat much which just make me to get filled-up faster with extra fluids in my body. Well it is not good because it affects my eating habits which is why it is also the reason that now I could not eat normal amounts of food currently. Because of course if I would eat then I would have to drink a bit too and that is a problem if one would only have a limited "room" in their body like I do to store extra fluids.

So that is my situation that is why I had thought a few months back to buy myself a sweat suit but I have discovered that it is just also useless to use it when it is cold in the times that you needed it most and because of that you have to use extra energy  like steam for you to be able to get a better result when using the sweat suit which by the way is still good to use provided that you are doing what I had stated above.

Anyway I just have to cope with my surroundings, the weather, the food, and the effects of my medicines in my body because that is what I have to do in order to survive my health condition which is sad to say is really depressingly hard to manage if not expensive too. I just hope to get some break with all of these health issues that I have because it is getting harder by the day, weeks, and months already.
