In other posts I analyzed the OFC, AFC and CAF.
Let's now analyze CONCACAF.

# UNCAF Interclub Cup

The UNCAF Club Tournament was an annual international football competition in Central America for the leading domestic club teams in the region. The winners of each national league automatically qualified.

The top three teams advanced to the CONCACAF Champions' Cup. In 2008, the tournament ceased to be played, as all Central American nations now have teams qualifying directly to the expanded CONCACAF Champions League.

The tournament was previously known as the Copa Fraternidad Centroamericana (1971-1983), discontinued (1983-1996), then revived as the Torneo Grandes de Centroamerica before being renamed to Copa Interclubes UNCAF in 1998 and held annually until 2007.

This competition had 24 editions.

The biggest winner of this competition is Saprissa from Costa Rica with 5 titles and the second club with more titles is CSD Municipal also from Guatemala with 4 titles.

# North American Super League

The SuperLiga was a sanctioned North American soccer competition featuring teams from Mexico's Liga MX and the US and Canada's Major League Soccer, the top divisions in each country.

It was approved by CONCACAF, U.S. Soccer, the Canadian Soccer Association, and Federación Mexicana de Fútbol and served as the North American section's sub-regional championship, similar to the Copa Interclubes UNCAF for Central America and the CFU Club Championship for the Caribbean.
The tournament was launched in 2007, but discontinued in March 2011.

In this competition we had always a different champion.

# Leagues Cup NAFU

The Leagues Cup is an annual North American soccer tournament featuring teams from Major League Soccer and Liga MX. It was first played in July 2019 with four teams from each league participating in a single-elimination format held in the US, with the final played in Las Vegas.

Starting in 2023, the tournament will include all MLS and Liga MX clubs and serve as the North American region's cup within CONCACAF.

The top three teams will qualify for the CONCACAF Champions League, with the winner advancing directly to the round of 16.

In this competition we had always a different champion.

# CFU Club Championship

The Caribbean Club Championship, also known as the CFU Club Championship or CFU Club Champions' Cup, was an annual international soccer competition for Caribbean Football Union member clubs. It served as a qualifier for the CONCACAF Champions League tournament.

The tournament was sponsored by Flow from 2018 to 2022 and officially called the Flow CONCACAF Caribbean Club Championship. With the expansion of the CONCACAF Champions League starting in 2024, the 2022 Caribbean Club Championship was the last edition.

A new regional cup tournament will be created as a qualifier for the CONCACAF Champions League for Caribbean teams, besides those that qualify directly through their professional leagues.

Joe Public, Harbor View, Portmore, W Connection, Puerto Rico Islanders and Central FC have won the competition the most times with 2 titles.

# CONCACAF League

The CONCACAF League was an annual club soccer competition organized by CONCACAF as its secondary continental tournament, first announced on May 8, 2017.

The format was a knockout cup with two legs per round, and the top six teams advanced to the CONCACAF Champions League.

From 2019 to 2022, the tournament had 22 teams, up from 16 in the 2017 and 2018 editions.

The competition ended after the 2022 edition due to the expansion of the CONCACAF Champions League starting in 2024.

In its place, two regional cup tournaments were created as qualifying events for the CONCACAF Champions League: the Central American Cup and the Caribbean Cup.

The biggest winner of this competition is CD Olimpia from Honduras with 2 titles.
The remaining times won the competition 1 time.

# CONCACAF Champions League

The CONCACAF Champions League, sponsored by Scotiabank, is an annual club football tournament in North America, Central America, and the Caribbean, organized by CONCACAF.

The winner advances to the quarter-finals of the FIFA Club World Cup. The competition uses a knockout format and previously had a group stage before 2018.

Unlike other continental tournaments in Europe and South America, the winner of the CONCACAF Champions League does not automatically secure a spot in the next season's competition.
