The business space has stayed almost the same since the industrial revolution took place, in the last decade little has changed in the way businesses integrate and function but this is all in the past as new technologies have to continued to surge forward. The traditional organisation structure favours heirarchy, precedence, and subjectivity over flexibility and objectivity. The rate at which technology is developing, you might be left in awe in the wave of progress irrespective of your readiness to adapt or not. Technology is exponentially developing, mutating, and adapting. Equipping business organizations to excel in the future of work in an efficient, scalable and distributed manner.<br>
When you work with outdated and inefficient tools, you are bound to achieve poor results, longer  time of work and more resources wasted. This is the case of traditional organisations, the entire process is riddled by inefficiencies as a result of siloed, expensive, repetitive, and often inaccurate tools. A proposal voting system will be employed in the Blackbox network and will require the consensus of users in order to be sanctioned. Internal member and external token holders of Blackboard is will be able to add feedback and voice their opinions on actions in the network, this will lead to improved transparency of the network. Leveraging the blockchain immutability and accuracy, all the benefits decentralisation will be felt.<br>
