工龄2年的一些小小感想2

签约了2年的合约，时不时都在想，我得开始倒数。但是难受的是，我连开始倒数都做不到，因为时间还没开始，生效日期还未来到。（写此文章时是5月底）

其实我也没有不喜欢这个公司，我也没有不喜欢自己的工作，但是感觉有点疲惫了。或许责任心也不是什么与生俱来的，我特别怕事也不喜欢管理人，我一直在做我不擅长的事情。但是我又怕自己离开了会找不到更好的工作，因为我感觉我在这公司2年了，我还是没有花心思去了解我不了解的事情。我知道这些是我的痛处，但是我一直逃避。我一直在加班，做一些消耗生命、时间的事情。

或许我的上司也不希望看到我那么拼命，而我好像总喜欢把责任扛在自身上，认为别人没我不行。但是事实是我也是个可以被取代的旗子。

继续呆下来迟早会暴露我根本没有知识，感觉大家都非常有知识，而我这个食品工程的不去饮食业来这干嘛？反正会有这样的自卑感，所以在做我力所能及的事情我会拼命做得最好。所以很多前辈同事都说我是特别勤劳、特别忙碌，很少看到我没事做或者轻松的状态。

还有一点，我的工作性质是，有什么着急的样本突然送来的话，得加班做。因为很多时候就等那个结果出来，大家才能做决定是否终止这个过程。加上我的样本真的多，哪怕大部分不是很着急。可是“着急的样本”是无法预测的，加上缺人分担的情况下，我就开始了不停地加班，为了就是让自己不落到一个窘迫的情况。当然，公司的加班费还算是可观的。

不过今年的第二阶段项目暂缓了，公司也开始控制加班了，我工作了2年第一次感受到了“工作时间是工作，下班后是生活”。下班后开车一小时回到家，吃饭洗澡刷手机，发现时间也就9点多，还能写文章学习一下。

对了，我还加薪升职了，这一次评分拿了满分。啊，何德何能啊我！肩膀的重任越来越沉，因为升职加薪了，加班费也不如以前那么多了（当然也因为控制加班了），但是我又获得了生活……

以前每天回到家只有1小时自己的时间，真的是浑浑噩噩！希望这2年里还是可以好好工作，完成目标，不要有遗憾。2年后，我也有自己的计划，希望可以实现……

跟我剛出社會的情況好像，前兩年也是加班到凌晨兩三點，後面開始放過自己的身體(加上也是被加班時數控管)，還有管人的壓力，做了一年的組長就離職了。
