关于实习 3

我原以为第三篇将会写一些总结的话，毕竟我实习也快完成一半了。今天的故事是关系到职场压榨。

职场压榨我可能根本没有体验到，我都是听朋友说的。职场压榨有很多种形式，各种方法打压你，但是和职场pua并不能说是完全相同。前者比较不人道，后者比较潜移默化方式削弱你的判断能力和自信心，我个人是这么理解的。

我有2个朋友，分别被派到2个不同公司实习。

A面临的是每天无薪加班，而且经常被老板无中生有地找她麻烦，甚至有了性别偏心…

比较明显的例子就是，同样的工作给A和一个男实习做，A做完了总会被挑骨头，B则是还没做完就被老板跳出来心疼的帮忙…😂

我实在不知道为什么，在那种工作环境会出现性别偏心这种事，因为我认识他们的工作环境并没有什么性别竞争的存在性。

所以听完她这样的遭遇，我感到非常困惑。


关于B，她的故事就比较猛了。她在实习第四个星期就和主任当面吵架，还被炒鱿鱼了。和B不熟，我只是知道她是那种会捍卫自己权利的人。

工作时被上头苛刻对待其实可以预料到，但是实习期间，通常大家都会特别听话特别勤劳吧，为了让自己能顺利实习完毕，尽可能做到最好。所以和主任吵起来…这个太难想象了。

B说是关系到政治关系，当然还有一些平日上的打压和压榨。这里的政治指的不是办公室分帮派，而是关乎国家未来的政治。

B离职了，我们的老师也赞同，我估计这是被打压得很惨，毫无人道了吧。

被苛刻对待我能理解，但是压榨和苛刻是有区别的。比较容易分辨的话，应该是，如果上头让你做一件事情是你身为职员应该为公司干的事情，但是她要求高点了那就可以说是苛刻。

如果上头纯粹针对你这个人的话，那就是打压了…
