Hello everyone!

This is Eliana keeping the CTPChat alive during the weekends so y'all can chill and have fun!

## Let's play:

- Pick one post from [CTPTalk](https://ctptalk.com/) and another from the chosen community

I chose this post because I am always interested in what people are doing to earn Hive each day. @dkid!4 shares 4 of his techniques outside of posting and curating. 

https://leofinance.io/@doitvoluntarily/using-opportunity-to-attract-workers This was of particular interest to me since I worked in the restaurant industry for many years a long time ago. @doitvoluntarily reinforces that money alone isn't going to be an incentive that will keep your workforce. If you're competing on that alone you're going to keep losing your workforce. Businesses, and not just restaurants need to make clear the pathways to advancement and ways that employees can better their economic situation.
