Have you noticed that some witnesses are lowering the interest rate on HBD?

@blocktrades has set it at 12% and @threespeak too. @abit and @anyx even set it at 7%. 

Most of the witnesses still have the 20%, but Iā€™m a bit afraid that more will follow. 

What do you think? Is lowering the interest on hbd a good thing or a bad thing?

I actually asked this question on Twitter. It's about Gresham Law. If I am not mistaken, I heard taskmaster used it to illustrate how HBD will drive out bad money out there. Can you further explain in what way HBD does that? How about those who think that crypto itself is the bad money that must be driven out?
