Finally—it’s Friday! This week felt unusually long, and I’ve been wishing it was the weekend since midweek. Now that Friday’s here, I’m already feeling a sense of relief knowing the workdays are almost over.

For the past two weeks, my daily routine has changed. I’ve been waking up much earlier than usual, and I feel like it’s a good habit. I now have enough time to prepare breakfast, get ready for work, and even squeeze in some blogging.

I’m still figuring out how to fit my planned mainstream media activities into my schedule. I haven’t quite found the right time for it yet, but I’ll give it another shot in the coming week. Even though I’ve been pretty busy lately, I’m glad I’ve still been able to keep up with blogging. That said, I really want to post more about travel and photography—so this weekend, I’m planning to visit a nature park for a photo walk and to capture some video clips as well.

I’m especially excited about shooting videos because I recently signed up for the Pro version of CapCut. It would be a waste if I didn’t make full use of it, right? I’m feeling confident that I’ll be able to get more footage this weekend. Hopefully, the weather cooperates!

Speaking of weather—it’s been a bit confusing these past two days. It was scorching hot the other day, and then yesterday it rained the entire afternoon. I got a bit worried because I was caught in the rain for a few minutes. I usually end up catching the flu in this kind of weather, so I took some vitamin C yesterday, just in case. I’m already anticipating that I *might* get sick… LOL.

This past week, I’ve been able to stick to my low-sugar, low-fat routine. I’ve also started eating brown rice, and to my surprise, I’m actually enjoying it! I never expected it to taste better than regular white rice. I like the slight crunch—it encourages me to chew more, unlike white rice, which is so soft that I tend to chew less.

Honestly, brown rice feels more satisfying than white rice, so I’m officially making the switch! 😊
