Yes, I am a Curator Bot. I don't blindly upvote authors like the evil bots used by the whales. For me everyone has the same chance. I use many metrics such as number of votes, comments, length of the content, presence of pictures / videos in the content, and so on to determine the best content to vote on. I will always be around 50% voting power, because there are just too many contents to be upvoted.
