Your recent posts on the subject of Bitshares Munich have attracted my attention as I am an investor. You have not got your facts straight which opts me to respond immediately as you are seriously damaging my financial interests.

Christoph Hering was the first investor in Bitshares Munich with 20.000 Euro fiat currency of his own money. He took the massive risk of investing in you. 

Secondly, money in Bitshares Munich belongs to the investors, not individuals, whether that is you or anyone else. As CTO, or technical officer, the financial side of the company is not your job. It is highly unprofessional to share details incorrectly, to say the very least. Your shareholder rights are the same as anyone else’s and governed by proper law.

The tone in your communication is suggestive and creates and atmosphere of distrust and malpractice on behalf of Christoph. As this is beside the truth, if not even with malicious intent, I feel obliged to inform your audience better. To my knowledge Christoph Hering is completely trustworthy with my investment money, however I regret to state, you certainly are not. 

The present withholding of further investment in Bitshares Munich from me and others has to do with your presence in the company, the malpractices that have led to criminal procedures against you in the past, your incapability to deliver the software to Bitshares Munich and your constant refusal to respond to repetitive invitations of the lawyers of Bitshares Munich over the last weeks. 

They apparently want a meeting on your malpractices with expenses, declarations and your being in default on deliveries. Your refusal to do so caused damage to the company and made it lose customers. If you are indeed knowingly incapable to deliver, you committed fraud.

Two of your posts I would like to bring to your attention:

### 1. Damaging the BlockPay brand
Your post destroyed faith in the Blockpay product and reflects you as a scammer. Further action on behalf of the investors is taken.

The unauthorised use of copyright material and the unauthorised use of privacy protected information is subject for legal investigation. Bitshares Munich has confirmed it never issued a consent. Apart from being personal liable, you also made the company liable to legal pursuit.

I had a phone call with Christoph Hering (CEO of Bitshares Munich) just today and he was very transparent. The only way forward for Bitshares Munich after this, is without any ties to Ken Silver (or Ken Code).

Christoph is currently in China at work for the company. He confirmed to have found a solution that will protect the other investors once Ken Code has left the organisation completely. 

It was clear that investors have stated only to move forward without you.
