Haluskan bumbu no 1 sampe no 6....sisihkan Panaskan minyak....tumis bawang merah yg sudah di iris2 sampe harum. Masukan bumbu yg sudah di haluskan tambahkan garam dan penyedap rasa sesuai selera aduk rata,tambahkan air sedikit biar bumbu matang....jangn lupa tes rasa. Masukan terong aduk rata....angkat dan sajikan.
