[일상간호활동] 안되면 되게 한다. (#15) 다른 목소리 듣기.
사이버알엔에는 오랜 시간부터 함께 하는 팀원이 있습니다. 여러 가지 의논을 많이 하고, 별거 아닌 거로 삐지기도 하고 뭐 그런 친구들입니다.  두 친구인데, 캐릭터가 조금 다릅니다. 그러니까 셋이서 공통점도 있지만 다른 점도 명확합니다. 다른 점은 딱히 말로 표현하기는 어렵지만, 공통점은 바로 이야기 할 수 있습니다.  바로 사이버알엔의 학생들을 위하는 마음입니다.  

두 친구의 며칠 전 이야기를 옮겨보면, 

> 필독시키고 댓글로 읽은 후기 한 줄씩이라도 남겨야지. 애들은 약간 강제성을 띄어야 할 때가 있어.

> 왜 꼭 글을 써야 하냐고?

좀 다르죠. 

그리고 며칠 전, 학생 교육에  매우 열정적인 교수님과 이야기를 나누다가 같은 생각을 하는 모습에 둘이서 크게 한숨 섞인 웃음 웃었습니다.

> 아니, 뒤에서 밀어줘도 안 가면 어떻게 하겠다는 거야.
 우리가 어떻게 대책을 세워야 할까? 
다 끌고 갈 수는 없을 것 같아. 

그러니까, 다른 교수님도 저와 같은 고민을 하고 있습니다.

사람의 생각과 마음은 비슷한가 봅니다. 다만 그 생각과 마음이 어떻게 결정지어져 행동으로 일어나는가인데. 

우리 팀 친구의 말에 의하면,
>글을 쓸 이유가 없는 거지. 

며칠 동안 들렸던 말 중에, 제 귀에 가장 강하게 들렸던 말이었습니다. <b> 글을 쓸 이유가 없는 거지, 학생들은.</b>

그렇구나, 학생 입장에서 보면 그럴 수도 있겠구나 하고 생각이 들어 우리 동아리 학생들이 이해되었습니다.

음... 제 경우는... 안 따라오면 버립니다. 좀 냉정하죠. 따라오는 놈만 집중적으로 키우죠. ㅡ.ㅡ^ 못 따라오는 사람은 특별관리를 하고요.

사람마다 성격이 제각각이잖아요. 저는 사람 성격은 못 바꾼다고 믿어요. 죽기 전에 바뀌면 모를까. 안 바껴요. 저승사자 얼굴 한 번 보고 나면 바뀔지도.

저도 사실 그러기는 하는데요. 그러기까지는 조금 시간이 걸리는 거 같아요. 갈 데까지 가보고 안 되도 가보고. 그런데 마음은 계속 버리면서 갑니다. 말과 생각과 행동이 달라 힘듭니다.

어떻게든 저도 제 마음을 잡으려고 하는 그런 의미로 생각하는 게 좋을 듯 해요. 우리 학생님들의 마음보다 제 마음이 먼저죠. 나의 고민을 그들에게 투사하고 있는지도 모르구요. 아마 그러는 중일거에요.

마인드가 딱 저네요. ㅋㅋㅋ 요새 다시 안 되면 되게 한다에 꽂혔습니다. ^^ 가르치는 게 생각보다 쉬워요. 리듬이 중요합니다. 잘 되고 있는 애들은 기름 부어주면 잘 가요. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 아닌 애들은 따로 신경써야 됩니다. 아주 많이 써줘야돼요. ^^ 특별관리가 필요하죠. 쉽게 잘 되는 애들 끌고 가면 성과는 잘 나요. 안 되는 애들 되게 만들면, 기적이 일어납니다. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 화이팅이에요. 일단 그런거 고민하신다는 자체가 엄청난 교육자시네요. ㅎㅎㅎ 화이팅.

^^ 그래요. 그러면 일단 대화부터 해보세요. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 걔들도 답답해하는 부분이 있어요. 걔들 리듬에 맞추고 대화를 하고. 잘 들어주고 길을 인도해주시면 됩니다. ㅎㅎㅎ 정신적인 교감이 돼야지 변화가 일어납니다. 정말 어렵지만 정말 짜릿하져 ㅋㅋㅋ ㅎㅎㅎ  화이팅이에요. 기적이 일어나겠군요. ㅎㅎㅎ 진짜 스승이시네요. 복받은 제자들입니다. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ
