Yesterday I as spent finishing up Mels sewing area with a peg board and my studio also ... still to complete my area after I find some metal coat hangers to butcher.

Lots of healthy eating to aide in my recovery.

Getting out fairly late for an evening walk after a day shopping I managed to get over 5K steps for the first time in awhile. Doing my best to maintain posture and push through the pains my stride is getting much better but I still have no strength.

By the time we got home both Jerry and I were ready for bed 😴 after a quick stretch and meal of cheese and crackers Mel had prepared we all dozed off on the couch watching Netflix ... a tragic tale of the man who designed the worlds fastest plane at nearly the loss of everything ... you know the one?
