Most times I accomplish a task, it makes me feel responsible, and it has helped my management skills. 3.	Lively

5.	Very Prosperous (that’s a lot of money)

The prosperity of a building is highly determined by the value of the land over time. Each building and landmark has a value associated with it. Landmarks hold the highest value, which can be sold when all resources to develop has been exhausted. The price to sell off a completed building is set by the player, which is a good thing.
