Carpaccio de remolacha // beetroot carpaccio
Hola amigos feliz noche espero se encuentren bien me gusta poder traer para esta comunidad otro de mis platillos, uno de mis vegetales favoritos son las remolachas me encanta el sabor dulce que tienen por naturaleza y ese sabor a la vez terroso , este vegetal es tan versátil uno de mis favoritos es el pesto de remolacha que ya en el pasado se los he compartido pero hoy quise hacer un carpaccio de remolacha con salsa de albahaca el color vivo de la remolacha con el contraste del verde de la salsa son colores super lindos que nos entran a la vista y no solo eso el contraste de sabores es muy bueno , les dejó esta receta muy sencilla pero cargada de sabores .

Ingredientes:
• 2 remolachas grandes 
• Un manojo de albahaca fresca
• Una rama de orégano fresco
• 3 cucharadas de aceite vegetal
• Media cebolla pequeña
• Una Cucharada de vinagre blanco
• el jugo de dos limones pequeños
• sal al gusto

>Ingredients:
• 2 large beets
• A bunch of fresh basil
• A branch of fresh oregano
• 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
• Half a small onion
• A Tablespoon of white vinegar
• the juice of two small lemons
• salt to taste

Vamos a lavar muy bien la remolacha y la colocamos a cocinar en una olla con abundante agua , las vamos a colocar enteras ya que no queremos que pierda su color tan lindo y también de esta manera conserva un poco más sus nutrientes. Las dejamos cocinar aproximadamente 35 min y luego escurrimos el agua y las dejamos enfriar.

Mientras se enfría la remolacha vamos a preparar la salsa , en una licuadora vamos a colocar un Manojo de albahaca fresca, media cebolla blanca , una ramita de orégano fresco , también vamos agregar 3 cucharadas de aceite vegetal y una cucharada de vinagre y el jugo de dos limones pequeños. Llevamos todo a emulsionar muy bien en la licuadora.

>While the beetroot is cooling we are going to prepare the sauce, in a blender we are going to place a Bunch of fresh basil, half a white onion, a sprig of fresh oregano, we are also going to add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and a tablespoon of vinegar and the juice of two small lemons We take everything to emulsify very well in the blender.

Colocamos la salsa en un recipiente y vamos a sazonar con un toque de sal al gusto , si quieren también le pueden colocar algo de pimienta esto ya es al gusto.

Una vez tenemos la salsa lista y las remolacha ya cocida es hora de armar el plato , vamos a pelar la remolacha y con ayuda de un cuchillo vamos a cortar rebanadas muy delgadas , si tienen una mandolina pueden usarla .

Colocamos en un plato las rebanadas de remolacha y arriba le agregamos un poco de la salsa de albahaca, decoramos con algunas hojas de albahaca fresca y tenemos una entrada super fresca , rica y fácil de preparar, yo soy fanática de la remolacha por lo tanto ame mi carpaccio , otra opción sería colocar algo de maní salado por arriba esto le daría un toque crocante extra o alguna semilla de su preferencia.

También me encanta la remolacha, su color me derrite. Me ha gustado esta receta, sencilla...Yo hago algo similar, de topping colocó nueces, miel y queso de cabra.
