Iniciativa: Cocinando a todo color con hive food / Caraotas negras con ají margariteño y queso, un manjar de mi tierra Venezuela.

Hola amigos espero se encuentren súper bien , quise unirme a esta iniciativa de cocinando a full color edición negro , si hay algo que amamos los venezolanos son nuestras caraotas manjar que la tierra nos regala , desde niña las he comido de mil maneras pero para mí nada se compara a las caraotas clásicas que nos hacían nuestras abuelas , sobre todo la mía que trabajaba en las tierras del campo recolectando café , caraotas y diversas cosechas , para mí las caraotas son sabor a nuestra tierra y aunque hay un millón de platos que llevan múltiples ingredientes yo hoy les traigo mi plato de caraotas con quesito rayado justo como lo hace mi abuela , por supuesto acompañado de su arroz blanco y tajadas fritas , nada como unas ricas caraotas y les dejo la receta y paso a paso muy sencillas pero ellas no necesitan de mucho para ser deliciosas .

INGREDIENTES
• 200gr de caraotas 
• Dos ajíes margariteños
• media cebolla blanca
• Medio Pimentón rojo pequeño
• Dos dientes de ajo 
• Una cucharada de aceite vegetal
• Un cubito de pollo 
• Dos cucharadas de azúcar
• Queso Duro
• Una pizca de bicarbonato

El secreto de mi abuela es colocar las caraotas en remojo con un poquito de bicarbonato, me hace medirlo con la punta de un cuchillo de mesa , de esta manera van a quedar más suaves y evitar que nos llene de gases .

Al día siguiente les boto esa agua , y las coloco en una olla a presión y les agrego medio diente de ajo triturado y la llevo al fuego por unos 45 min y así quedan perfectamente suaves .

Cortamos nuestros aliños, para nosotros el toque mágico se lo da el ají margariteño y el ajo , cortamos en cuadritos la cebolla , el pimentón que como les he comentado me gusta mucho el rojo , el ají y el ajo .

En una sartén agregamos dos cucharadas de aceite vegetal a calentar un poco, luego vamos a sofreír nuestros vegetales hasta que la cebolla quede transparente.

Cuando ya esté suave las caraotas le agregamos el sofrito , vamos a sazonar con un cubito de pollo y dos cucharadas de azúcar y dejamos guisar todo muy bien por unos 15 min extra.

Y así de sencillo preparo mis caraotas siento que no necesitan nada más porque por ellas solas son deliciosas solo hay que ponerle un poco de amor , a mi me gustan más saladas y por eso al momento de guisar solo se agrego dos cucharadas de azúcar para que resalten los sabores , pero a mí familia les encantan dulces por lo general les agregan más a su plato , para coronar mis caraotas su buen quesito rayado , y de complemento arroz blanco y tajadas un almuerzo perfecto.
