Hola amigos feliz tarde espero se encuentren bien , el día de ayer mi suegra me estaba comentando cómo preparar una versión vegana de la famosa carne desmechada que nos encanta a los venezolanos ya que forma parte de nuestro plato típico y me di cuenta que tenía en casa todos los ingredientes y dije que haría la versión vegana de nuestro plato típico venezolano el pabellón criollo, a principio tenía algo de miedo que no me quedará bien la carne vegana que en esta ocasión usamos las cáscaras del plátano , pero seguí la receta tal cual mi suegra me la dijo y el resultado me dejó sorprendida , comparto con ustedes nuestro plato típico una versión para que todos la puedan disfrutar.

INGREDIENTES PARA LA CARNE DESMENUZADA VEGANA
• Cáscara de dos plátanos
• Media cebolla blanca 
• Medio pimentón rojo pequeño
• Dos dientes de ajo
•Una taza de agua 
• Medio tómate grande o uno pequeño
• Media zanahoria pequeña
• Dos cucharadas de aceite vegetal 
• Orégano fresco cantidad al gusto
• Adobo Natural cantidad al gusto
• Sal cantidad al gusto

INGREDIENTES PARA LAS CARAOTAS O FRIJOLES NEGROS 
• 200 gr de caraotas ( frijoles negros) 
• Media cebolla blanca 
• Dos ajíes margariteños
• Dos dientes de ajo 
• medio Pimentón rojo pequeño
• Una cucharada de aceite vegetal
 • Comino al gusto
 • Sal al gusto
 • Una pizca de Bicarbonato de sodio
 • 5 tazas de agua 

CONTORNOS
• Una taza de arroz blanco y dos de agua
• Medio platano maduro 
• Dos cucharadas de aceite vegetal

**INGREDIENTS FOR THE VEGAN SHREDDED BEEF 
• Peel of two bananas
• Half white onion 
• Half small red bell pepper
• Two cloves of garlic
•a cup of water
• Half a large tomato or one small 
• Half a small carrot 
• Two tablespoons of vegetable oil
 • Fresh oregano quantity to taste
 • Natural Adobo amount to taste
 • Salt amount to taste**

**INGREDIENTS FOR THE BEANS OR BLACK BEANS
 • 200 gr of beans (black beans) 
 • Half white onion
 • Two peppers margariteños
 • Two cloves of garlic
 • half a small red bell pepper 
 • One tablespoon of vegetable oil 
 • Cumin to taste 
 • Salt to taste 
 • A pinch of baking soda
 •5 cups of water**

**CONTOURS
 • One cup of white rice and two of water 
 • Half a ripe banana 
 • Two tablespoons of vegetable oil**

Vamos a comenzar con la preparación de las caraotas o frijoles negros ya que llevan un poquito más de elaboración, vamos a colocar nuestros 200 gr de caraotas en un bolw con dos tazas de agua y una pizca de bicarbonato y los vamos a dejar remojando una noche anterior. Pasado este tiempo retiramos está agua y en una olla de presión vamos a colocar los frijoles previamente remojados con tres tazas de agua limpia y un diente de ajo triturado y dejamos cocinar por unos 35 min hasta que el grano este suave .

Vamos lavar y a cortar nuestros Vegetales en cuadros pequeños , el otro diente de ajo , los dos ajíes margariteños , y l medio pimentón rojo y la media cebolla . Colocamos en un sartén dos cucharadas de aceite vegetal y sofreímos hasta que la cebolla este transparente, una vez listo se lo vamos a incorporar a nuestras caraotas sazonamos con un poco de comino y sal al gusto , dejamos cocinar unos 15 min extra a fuego medio y listo reservamos para el final .

Para la carne vegana seguí la receta de mi suegra , vamos a cortar en tiras finas la cáscara de dos plátanos macho , una vez la tenemos cortada en tiras la vamos a colocar en una olla con una taza de agua , un diente de ajo , media zanahoria rebanada y una rebanada de cebolla , colocamos una pizca del adobo natural y llevamos al fuego por 20 min .

Pasado este tiempo vamos a retirar del fuego y reservamos media taza del caldo de esta cocción, por otro lado vamos a cortar en cuadros pequeños el resto de vegetales , la media cebolla que nos sobró a la cual le retiramos una rebanada para el caldo , el otro diente de ajo , el medio pimentón rojo , el tomate y también le agregué la zanahoria que quedó del caldo, llevamos a una sartén a sofreír esto junto a dos cucharadas de aceite vegetal, cuando la cebolla este transparente le vamos a integrar las conchas la media taza del caldo que reservamos y sazonamos con adobo y orégano fresco y un toque de sal ,dejamos cocinar 15 min hasta que reduzca el caldo y reservamos .

Los acompañamientos son arroz blanco y tajadas de platano macho maduro , para el arroz haremos uno básico , este lleva una taza de arroz blanco tipo I y dos tazas de agua le colocamos sal y dejamos cocinar hasta que el grano este listo . Llevamos los plátanos a dorar con dos cucharadas de aceite vegetal y así de sencillo tenemos los contornos de nuestro pabellón.

**The accompaniments are white rice and slices of ripe plantain , for the rice we will make a basic one , this one has a cup of type I white rice and two cups of water , we add salt and let it cook until the grain is ready . La verdad es que este plato lleva un poco de trabajo pero es algo que vale totalmente la pena , una comida completa y lo mejor es que pude llevar el plato típico de los venezolanos a una versión donde todos puedan disfrutar.
