#### Expected behavior
Habit when we press on a feature then it will be directly used, its function in accordance with the name of the feature. I also expect the same applies to the application steemia, ie after I press on the "chat" button then we can directly chat with the user.
#### Actual behavior
I see the chat feature available on steemia app, and I try to use it, but after I press and wait it does not happen anything. After that I thought maybe the users I want to chat do not use the steemia app, but on the one hand I think it's impossible, because if the chat feature on the steemia app is only for users using the steemia app there should be a notification for it, for example, (this user not using steemia application). However I do not see any notices there. then I deduce this bug, because all the features provided on the application can definitely be used.
#### How to reproduce
you must first enter the steemia application, then search for the user you want to chat with, and tap on the chat feature provided by the app.

Hello, Thanks for your report. However, this has been reported so many times and it is not really a bug. We did state in our introduction post that this feature has not been implemented yet.
