Lo soy desde 1999, cuando empezó "todo lo malo" que le ocurrió al país, pues así dicen los adultos mayores , que antes de ese año se podía vivir mejor por temas del gobierno respecto a la economía.

Trabajo desde los 18 años, en un restaurant de comida rápida gourmet, antes de ingresar allí hice uno que otro curso de pastelería y repostería, a través de los años dentro de la empresa me he nutrido de conocimientos básicos de la cocina, pastelería y panadería, tengo un gran desempeño en cuanto a catar sabores y crear platos nuevos, hace casi un año se me dió la oportunidad de hacer un curso de barismo por parte de mis jefes en la academia Carbone Espresso y desde entonces afine mis conocimientos sobre el café y todo lo que lo compone.

I have been working since I was 18 years old, in a gourmet fast food restaurant, before entering there I did the odd pastry and confectionery course, through the years within the company I have nurtured of basic knowledge of cooking, pastry and bakery, I have a great performance in terms of tasting flavors and creating new dishes, almost a year ago I was given the opportunity to do a course of barista by my bosses is the Carbone Espresso academy and since then I have refined my knowledge about coffee and everything that makes it up.
Mucho antes de trabajar en el restaurante, estudie 6 meses administración tributaria, pero el semestre de la carrera resultó ser costoso y no podía permitir que mis padres pagaran por ello teniendo tantas necesidades por parte de la situación país, por eso tomo la.decision de buscar empleo.
Long before working in the restaurant, I studied tax administration for 6 months, but the semester of the degree turned out to be expensive and I could not allow my parents to pay for it while having so many needs on the part of the country situation, that's why I made the decision to look for a job.
Después de 3 años trabajando en el restaurant, decidí inscribirme en la universidad de nuevo, siendo motivada por mis padres y uno de mis jefes.
After 3 years working in the restaurant, I decided to enroll in university again, being motivated by my parents and one of my bosses.
Más allá de lo mucho que me gusta la cocina y el barismo, me apasiona la fotografía y el maquillaje.
