Proposal To Create Standardized Exchange Rate to Purchase Shares with Keys. A DAO EN Proposal. 6/28/2017

This is a proposal that passed through the Earth Nation Decentralized Autonomous Alliance.

"I propose that we allow our shares to be sold in exchange for keys at a ratio of 1 resource share per 4 USD value of keys (currently each key is worth 1 dollar). With 1 governance share issued for every 10 resource shares issued this way; to a maximum of 3000 governance shares per individual."

This proposal was proposed by Dakota Kaiser and passed at 6/24/2017.
This is the Sixth major decision made by the Earth Nation Voteholders.
