My Introduction/My First Contribution

Today Thursday 8, April 2021

Am Farouk Ajetunmobi a native of Sagamu in Ogun State Nigeria, a Proud husband and a loving father to a set of twins David and Deborah.

A born again Christian from a Muslim background with the evidence of speaking in tongues.

Am a Civil Engineer and an Entrepreneur also a lover of God.

I was introduced to hive by my wife @debby-david

My contribution to the topic: Is A Woman also Obliged to obey her Husband

Yes a woman is always obliged to obey her husband at any given time or place if the instruction/commend are Godly.
Because God as place the man as the head of the woman

1 Corinthians 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

Also buttress by Ephesians 5:22-23 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.

So when a woman disobeys her husband peace and joy also disappear from the home.
Proverbs 21:19 It is better to dwell in the wilderness, than with a contentious and an angry woman.
Which will eventually affect the upbringing of the children in such home.

Finally when a woman obeys her husband there is joy and peace in such home and the home will be progressive.

Hello, @dalaitan. Welcome. To add to your contribution which you have said well, a woman is the image of her man and obeying in Christ is certain. 

Just want to say this to your above statement not directed to you

The evidence of tongues as a spirit-filled child of God is good but sometimes, not all tongues come from the Spirit of God. There are some mimicking spirits that deceives new birth in Christ to think they are filled by the Spirit of God. It takes a decerning spirit to know which one is right or wrong. 
All what I am saying is that speaking of tongues is not the only evidence of being born again but also the fruit of the spirits mentioned in Galatians 5:22-23.
