It is very weird indeed. I'm used to only having a 3rd person option when you're dead and watching another player until you respawn. I agree that with COD I do prefer first person. There are a lot of 3rd person games that I love though, such as Rogue Company. 

I'm telling you now, this 3rd person works very well in COD. They wouldn't release it like this unless it wasa actually fun. If you can, I highly recommend that you play the free beta this weekend. Here is the schedule, you do not have to preorder to play SUN/MON/TUES.

You already know, I gotta have a badass operator to kill people with. Staying crouched is the only way to silence your loud ass footsteps, except for Dead Silence which isn't a perk this year. 

I still prefer first, but it's cool to be able to switch to third sometimes. It feels like a mode where having one of those pro controllers with extra buttons would be useful. I don't like how switching shoulders is the same button as sprint.

A lot of people are really going to enjoy being able to play this way. It offers something new for once.

That is supposed to be what betas are for. Seems like the devs are listening to a lot of the feedback, but not all of it. That may change for the better the longer the game is played.

It's great that gamers finally have the option to choose which POV they want to play. 

Majority of COD players haven't, although grizzled veterans of the game will remember the other time they did this. I'm glad they've brought it back. I'd hope I have at least some skill after playing COD for almost 20 years 😱🤯

COD might be the biggest gaming franchise in existence. 

Thanks my dude. I hope that this beta will get me nice and warmed up for the full release. It's going to be nice to get even more practice playing the campaign since I'll get access to it a week early, before the multiplayer comes out. 

PS5 is a bit weird actually. I have the PS5 webcam attachment and it works pretty well. It's 1080p and the process is seamless. However, one thing I absolutely hate about the PS5 is that it is a bit restrictive with how you can use the camera.

For instance...

- If you start a screen recording, there is no way to also record video with the camera at the same time.
- You can livestream (1080p max, no 4K) and use the camera at the same time, but you cannot screen record while streaming and there is no way to hide the camera on my screen, so it always blocks part of the UI which takes away from my own enjoyment of playing a bit.

I've tried downloading my Twitch files after a stream to then go edit them, but the footage wasn't the high quality that I am used to. I have yet to try to do the same with live streaming on YouTube. I may give that a shot though since the live streams save to the channel after you finish them and it is easy to download files from YouTube. It just adds another step to my editing process, which is less than ideal.

The thing is, I'm not really a big fan of live streaming in the first place. Maybe it is because I don't have a large enough audience for it to actually feel like it isn't a waste of time. The most I've ever had watching me at once is 2 people 🤣

I try to keep up with the latest in gaming, especially when it’s something that I REALLY enjoy like COD. 

I’m guessing you don’t play on PlayStation, otherwise you’d have already gotten to play this past weekend. At least during this second weekend, some of the bugs will be resolved. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with the game so far. 

Seems to me like IW is listening to some things, but completing ignoring others and making it very clear they won’t be changing certain aspects of the game. 

You mentioned a few things that need adjusted. Another thing I’ve seen many people upset about is that gunshots no longer turn you into a red dot on the mini map. It makes a silencer seem kind of pointless. 

I’ve seen a lot of people who played Warzone 2.0 say that in a lot of ways it feels like they’ve reverted so many of the awesome changes they made to the current Warzone. Hopefully it ends up being awesome. I really want it to be good so I can actually have something to switch to when I get tired of regular multiplayer. 

Isn't it odd to witness? I think it's great that they are giving the option once again, only for the second time in the history of the franchise. It's also nice that you can adjust the FOV in both first person and third.

I've been playing for a really long time. Yes I've played Fortnite for at least 70 hours probably. I love Zero Build and have had some pretty great games there too. Such as this one:

It really is a crazy experience when compared to regular game modes. I will be playing it from time to time, but don't think it is the best mode or anything like that. I can't wait for MWII to release!
