# I just wanna say that Hive...  #Hive has manual curators that are active day in and day out. They find their own version of good content and reward it. I would like to shout them out individually, but at the same time I don’t want people spamming them begging for upvotes and frankly that’d be a long list. There are so many different curators that I am speaking of so you cannot just look at this post’s rewards to see whom are the subjects of this writing of mine. Some of my votes are set up by people to happen automatically, some are of somebody actually looking at my blog and deciding to upvote on their own accord in that very moment. Each of my posts has a different amount of upvotes, so there are clearly a portion of organic votes coming in. Not to mention the people that actually take the time to comment (many do not have the time nor desire.) Either way someone has decided that a post is worth something when it receives an upvote. # This means a lot to me! #Hive is an undeniable success. Be it future times or present, however you look at it. People actually care about #Hive. Can you think of many other #cryptocurrencies that you feel an emotional attachment to for something outside of just monetary gain? More and more people will continue to feel this way and the growth will stack annually. With more people comes more money, as well as more creators and curators circulating the money/post rewards. In the end the finest superiors and people will rise to the top. All the while everyone begins to thrive. Rewards will make more sense when there are thousands of large stake holders “aka whales”. Distribution of wealth remaining balanced within the middle class “aka dolphins” will help drive consistent trends that actually make sense. Be prepared for upvotes and downvotes to become equally as common. There will be a constant *battle* for *control* of rewards. No day will be the exact same. # Stick around for even better times. Manual curation has been a lot of fun for me. I get to spread out my meager votes to lots of different people that may not get many votes otherwise. Hola estimado amigo, saludos! Luego de leer tu post, te apoyo en tu ponencia. En algún momento la curación manual se hace dificil pero particularmente es muy eficaz ya que te permite encontrar diversidad de contenido. Esta nueva plataforma HIVE de la que formo parte desde hace poco ha captado mi atención, en cuanto a diversidad pero, hago la observación (al que lea este comentario) TODOS y cada uno de nosostros, los usuarios, nos introducimos en tematicas divergentes que pocos leen, pero ese "pocos leen", lo hacen por excluir, cosa que pasó y aún pasa en Steemit. Imponen reglas tontas que casi nadie admite ni mucho menos. Aqui estamos varios votando y apoyando tu criterio , y mira la estructura de de tu post, con un un contenido claro expreso y concreto pero atractivo visual, en cambio hay otros que como tú o como yo , conservadores en redacción, estética y otros elementos inherentes a presentación carecemos de ese apoyo. Y eso, amigo mío fue algo que por mucho tiempo falló y lo seguirá haciendo en aquella plataforma y que veo con preocupación quiere infectar a esta. Y no debe ser así. Cada quien es digno de ser leído y apoyado, no un grupito o X, no señor! Saludos y Bendiciones!

I registered on steemit 3 years ago and I was active only 1 year in total. Three months after the birth of hive I started to write again and I haven't stop yet. My posts here are having the attention and the votes they deserve and this push me to be active every day. Also, on hive I learned about the benefits of curation and my power is growing way faster. By curating manual the experience is way better although sometimes I can't compete with the bots but I don't care because I enjoy the process. I am also emotional attached with hive and this time I am not going to power down my earnings. I believe in its success and who knows one day I may be a full time hiver. I totally agree with what you write on your posts and you deserve the votes you have received :)

Yea man I dont see this as a way for me to make money, though I know I can. For me this is part of my own personal growth! Everyday I'm trying to be a better person, hive is helping me conquer my horrible typing habits, helping with my dyslexia/spell, showing me my own personal voice and meeting new ppl. I love doing new things and growing with others and hive has definitely delivered on that!

I believe hive΄s growth will be huge but it will take some years. We may see a big price increase at the next bitcoin rally because the king of cryptocurrencies usually lures all the cryptos to a bigger price. Hopefully the same will happen with hive. For a new member it is difficult to understand how things are here and I see that you have grasped the meaning quickly. You bought a delegation and except of writing rewards you are earning curation rewards also. Unfortunately many people do not think that curation is the 50% of the payouts and they are powering down their profits. Not only they don΄t earn curation rewards but they also sell the coin in a very low price.
